Getting Started: The Ordering Process
Step 1: Order the DialerWe accept all forms of payment. Simply click here to get started. Once you have ordered you will receive a detailed instructional email on how to complete the dialer set-up process. You may also refer to our FAQ for more information on this subject.
Step 2: Register for SANIf you do not already have a SAN number you will need to register for one. You can sign-up for a free SAN number at the FTC SAN Registry. When you visit you are allowed 5 area codes to call for free. If you would like to dial more than 5 area codes you may purchase more through the Do Not Call website. Please note that this charge does not come from us. It is a charge from the FTC to do business over the telephone. If you are only contacting businesses you do not have to register for SAN.
Step 3: Get a Calling ListCalling lists are necessary because your dialer needs numbers to dial. Our dialer can handle any type of calling list you have, as long as it has a phone number as data to dial. There is no minimum or maximum size calling list however we do recommend you load at least 1,000 records to start. You will have the ability to load your own calling list into the dialer or our dialer technicians can do it free of charge. If you do not have a calling list to dial, we can provide you with references to a list broker that will meet your needs, 866-460-6611.
Step 4: Install Software & USB HeadsetThere are two programs required for the Magnalogix Hosted Predictive Dialer. The first is Mozilla Firefox, which is simply an alternative web browser like Internet Explorer, for which our software was written. The second is the X-Lite Softphone, which is required for your computer to connect to our servers. You will also need to plug in and download any necessary drivers for the USB headset you purchased. Step 5: Setup Dialer & LoginAfter Step 4 is completed you are ready to login and start dialing. Once we have set-up your dialer on our state-of-the-art, redundant, VoIP servers you will receive a email with your login and password as well as the campaign name to your calling list. During your first login one of our Dialer Technicians will contact you and walk you through the system and it's important features.
Step 6: Begin Dialing!Now it's your turn to increase your business by up to 500%. Magnalogix recommends dialing at least 2-3 hours per day, 4-5 days a week to increase your sales.

Less than 24 hours! As long as we have your calling list, SAN Number, and you have installed the USB headset and software, our dialer technicians will get you going the same day you order in most cases.
Are there setup fees, contracts, cancellation fees or long term commitments?No, No, No and No. Most companies charge thousands of dollars to set-up your dialer and then make you sign a long term contract. Here at Magnalogix there are no up front fees or costs associated with our dialer. Just pay the per month charge and receive unlimited dialing to the United States.

On average it dials 1,000 numbers in a 4 hour period. The dialer dials predictively based complex algothrims developed for single users and large call centers alike. The number lines dialing at once depends on how many leads are loaded into your dialer, the time you are calling, how many disconnects and no answers detected, and many other factors. Therefore your dialer is always recalculating the number of lines to dial on to increase your contact-to-call ratio while staying compliant with FTC abandonment rate regulation.
Do you scrub my leads against the National & State Do Not Call list?Yes, in fact we will use your SAN number to scrub the list. Anyone that solicits a consumer over the phone must have a SAN number registered with the DNC. You can register for one free of charge at https://telemarketing.donotcall.gov.
Can you display my company's number on the Caller ID?Yes, we can display any valid number you would like and encourage our customers to do so. If you are calling locally this is a great way to increase your contact-to-call ratio. By default our 866 number will be displayed which has an automated phone number removal system. This allows consumers to call the 866 and be removed from your calling list without having to call you directly.
Can I call anywhere in the world?No, unfortunately you may only call unlimited to the United States. However, if you are outside the US and want to dial into the US, you may do so at no extra charge. Therefore, if you are located in India, you can dial into the US unlimited, as long as you meet the computer requirements above.
How many people can dial at one time?Only one agent per station can dial at one time. For multiple users to dial at the same time, multiple stations will need to be purchased. You can also rotate agents on one station as long as they use the dialer at different times.
How often and how much can I use the dialer?You can use the dialer as often as you like, it is unlimited. The only restriction placed on the dialer is that you may not dial between 9pm - 9am per FTC regulation.
What type of calling list do I need for the dialer?All calling lists must be provided in CSV format.
How many computers can I install or use the dialer on?As many as you like, but remember you can only have one agent logged into one station at a time.
Does the dialer connect me with only live people?95% of the time, yes. The voice recognition software detects a live person and then connects the call directly through your computer. You will sometimes get answering machines and hang-ups which is normal with any voice recognition software.
Can I transfer a call to another number?Absolutely. Live transfer is included in your flat monthly fee with each dialer. You can transfer a live call to any other number in the United States.
Can I use the dialer to manually call a number?Yes. The dialer is capable of manual input of DTMF tones and this feature is included.
What type of USB headset will I need?Any type of USB headset will work. Audio jack headsets do not work with our software.
Do I need any additional software to use the dialer?Yes. You need 2 pieces of software to run the Magnalogix system. First is the Mozilla Firefox web browser. Our software development team has coded the Magnalogix system for optimum performance on Firefox, and use with other web browsers may not work correctly. Firefox is available free of charge and for all operating systems. You will also require the X-Lite dialer, which is available free as well. This software can be obtained on our download page.
